Meeting the specific needs of your company is an important feature of the Global Leadership Network (GLN). You choose the level of engagement through involvement in one of the following service tiers:
Tier I: E-based engagement. $7,500 annual fee
Engage with GLN online through:
- Access to the online corporate citizenship planning and assessment tool and automated reporting system
- Access to database of best practices from global leaders
- Access to peer examples and contacts
- Access to quarterly teleconvenings
Tier II: Serviced engagement. $15,000 annual fee
Engage directly with GLN through:
- Access to the same service features as those outlined in Tier 1, plus -
- Support from a GLN service consultant, including one on-site company workshop to assist in the application of the online corporate citizenship planning and assessment tool
- Access to a substantial and customized report, based on the tool but drawing in additional in country and external material
- In-person workshops
Tier III: Network engagement. $35,000 annual fee
Establish network connections with GLN through:
- Access to the same service features as those outlined in Tiers I and II, plus -
- Access to sector and/or issue specific network convenings to enhance peer-to-peer learning
- Opportunities to propose and contribute to topic definition of convenings
- Access to individual convening reports
- Exclusive engagement in a small group of leadership companies working to define leadership practice in corporate citizenship
Tier IV: Strategic engagement. Negotiated fee
Engage with GLN in business and corporate citizenship strategy review and development through:
- Access to the same services as those outlined in Tier I and optional inclusion of Tier II and III services, plus -
- In-company work and support from a senior GLN service consultant
- In-depth individual company reports
